Mavens HQ · Maven OS

Terms of Service

Effective October 12, 2026

Clear terms for the Maven OS business beta: what you receive, when access begins, how actions are reviewed, and how to request a refund.

1. Free launch waitlist

The planned opening is November 15, 2026 at 12 noon Philippines time. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a paid beta spot, guarantee availability or start the 30-day access period. No payment is taken by the waitlist form.

With your consent, Mavens HQ sends a confirmation, preparation emails and a launch update. You can unsubscribe at any time. The first 10 paid beta clients are separate from the waitlist; payment and assisted onboarding will follow when reservations open.

2. Who provides the service

Maven OS is operated by Mavens HQ. These Terms govern use of the Maven OS website and business voice workspace. Contact us at sarah@mavenshq.com with questions before using or purchasing the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.

3. The beta service

Maven OS is a real-time AI voice and text workspace for requested assistance with Gmail, HighLevel and tasks. The 30-day beta offer is limited to the first 10 paid clients and includes assisted onboarding for a separate workspace for each customer, connected only to that customer's own authorized accounts.

Reservations are not yet open on this website. Pricing is informational; joining the waitlist does not accept payment. The existing sign-in is limited to the current workspace owner, not a self-service beta enrollment.

Beta software may contain errors, change or be temporarily unavailable. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify important information and decisions; Maven OS is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial or other specialist advice, and no particular business outcome is promised.

4. Authorized accounts and review before action

Use only business accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining that authorization, securing your accounts and obtaining the rights, notices or permissions needed to submit or process other people's data.

Gmail and HighLevel reads use authorized integrations. Outgoing email, drafts, messages and external CRM or email record changes are proposed for review and require explicit on-screen confirmation before execution. Spoken agreement alone does not execute a proposal. Check the recipient, content, affected record and requested change carefully. Local tasks may be added or completed through conversation without an external-write review card.

You can revoke provider permissions or contact support to disconnect an integration. Features depending on that integration may then stop working. Third-party services and their terms also apply.

5. Price, payment and activation

The advertised beta price is $55.78 USD, inclusive of taxes, paid once for 30 days. There is no automatic renewal. Your 30-day access period begins when your separate workspace is activated, not when you pay. Existing Gmail, HighLevel and other third-party subscriptions are excluded; you supply your own accounts and subscriptions.

When reservations open, online payment through Creem will reserve a beta spot, followed by assisted separate-workspace onboarding. Payment alone does not activate your workspace; access follows assisted onboarding. Currency is USD; your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We do not promise an exact PHP equivalent.

We will not advertise an invented number of remaining spots. If a spot cannot be supplied or access is not delivered, the refund provisions below apply.

6. Refund policy

You may request a refund before your workspace is activated. We also provide refunds for duplicate charges, unavailable beta spots or undelivered access.

After activation, we do not promise a general change-of-mind refund. Delivery or payment problems remain covered, and nothing in this policy restricts any mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you.

Send refund requests to sarah@mavenshq.com with the email used at checkout and your order ID, if available, so we can identify the transaction. Explain the issue. Never send full card details or your card security code. Processing depends on the payment provider and your bank; we do not promise a fixed processing time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Maven OS for unlawful activity, spam, deceptive or abusive messaging, infringement, unauthorized access to accounts or personal data, or attempts to bypass security, confirmation or capacity controls. Do not submit data you have no right to process. Do not interfere with the service or use it in ways that violate applicable law or your connected providers' rules.

8. Ownership and limited permissions

You retain your rights in the data and content you submit. You grant Mavens HQ and the service providers involved the limited permissions needed to receive, process, transmit and, where necessary, store that information to operate the requested service, protect it and provide support. These permissions do not transfer ownership of your content.

Maven OS branding, software and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access is permission to use the service during your authorized service period, not a transfer of ownership. AI-generated material may not be unique or accurate; check your rights and obligations before using it externally.

9. Support and service problems

For onboarding, account access, payment problems or other assistance, email sarah@mavenshq.com. Describe the issue without sending passwords, integration keys, full card details or unnecessary private records. Third-party outages or revoked permissions may limit functionality. Contact us about undelivered access or delivery problems so we can resolve the issue or apply the refund policy.

10. Suspension and the end of the beta

We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address abuse, unauthorized use, security risks or legal obligations. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us. Suspension does not remove applicable refund or mandatory legal rights.

Beta access ends after the 30-day activated service period unless a separate arrangement is agreed. There is no automatic renewal or automatic charge for continued access. If the service ends early or promised access cannot be delivered, contact us under the refund and service-problem provisions.

11. Legal rights and changes to these Terms

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as the service develops and will identify the effective date of changes. Material changes affecting an existing paid service period will be communicated through the service or the contact details available to us. Changes do not retrospectively remove agreed refund rights. Questions may be sent to sarah@mavenshq.com.
